We mourn the loss of Joan Jordi Bergós i Tejero, who served as Executive Chairman from 1999 to 2005 and on the Board of Trustees until 2016. During Bergós' time as Executive Chairman, the vaults of the main nave were enclosed and the first mass was held inside, on 31 December 2000. Over the following years, work progressed at a good pace on the columns of the crossing.
