The latest La Vanguardia awards ceremony was held at Palau de Congressos de Catalunya. These prestigious awards recognise companies, organisations and individuals who have influenced current events with their work. Cardinal Joan Josep Omella i Omella, Archbishop of Barcelona and Ex-officio President of the Sagrada Família Board of Trustees, accepted the Impuls Ciutats (city impulse) award recognising the soon-to-be-completed construction of the Sagrada Família.
