“Growing with the Sagrada Família”, the art workshop to celebrate International Day of Older Persons

The Sagrada Família Department of Culture and Social/Educational Actions, in collaboration with twelve organisations from the neighbourhood, held another edition of its art workshop for seniors “Growing with the Sagrada Família” on International Day of Older Persons. The workshop aims to reflect on the passing of time and the value of memories, and from 29 September to 6 October the participants are enjoying guided tours and a creative workshop to decorate a postcard made of watercolour paper.

When folded, the postcard shows a view of the city with the profile of the Sagrada Família. This artistic activity aims to connect creativity with the city’s identity.
