Masses at the Sagrada Família for 2025 Jubilee Year

The Jubilee Mass of the dioceses of Madrid and Alcalá de Henares was held on Friday 25 July at 8:30 pm, led by Mons. José Antonio Álvarez Sánchez, Auxiliary Bishop of Madrid.
Two masses were held the following day, Saturday 26 July: the first at 6:00 pm, the Jubilee Mass of the diocese of Lisbon, led by the Patriarch of Lisbon Mons. Rui Manuel Sousa Valério; and the second at 8:30 pm, the Jubilee Mass of the dioceses of Cordoba and Getafe, led by Mons. Ginés Ramón García Beltrán, Bishop of Getafe.
The ordinary Jubilee Year 2025, called by Pope Francis with the theme “Pilgrims of Hope”, was announced on 9 May 2024 in the bull Spes non confundit (Hope does not disappoint) posted on the Solemnity of the Ascension.
