‘Feel the Cross’ Celebration at the Sagrada Família - ‘Feel the Cross’ Celebration at the Sagrada Família

Hundreds of young people participated in the ‘Feel the Cross’ diocesan gathering, organised by the Youth Pastoral Secretariat of the Archdiocese of Barcelona, on Sunday, 22 February at the Basilica of the Sagrada Família.

The celebration, was presided over by the Archbishop of Barcelona, Cardinal Joan Josep Omella i Omella, and concelebrated by the Auxiliary Bishops Mons. David Abadías and Mons Javier Vilanova. And representing Cameroonian society, the bishop of the diocese of Yagoua, Mons. Barthélemy Yaouda Hourgo, participated in the meeting. 

The event celebrated its tenth edition with a white wooden cross symbolising the sufferings of Cameroon.
