The data is processed in order to ensure the safety of people, goods and facilities on site using video surveillance.  We use face-recognition technology to better and faster recognise people who are potentially dangerous. In addition, we have a mobile camera that authorized security personnel can activate to record audio and video in case of incident.

The recordings are deleted automatically within the month. If the commission of a crime is detected, the images may be extracted and saved for longer.

The data provided through your participation in any of the calls may be disclosed to the competent public administrations, when provided by law and for the purposes given, and to the corresponding financial entities to process the financial side of the grant or subsidy.

Your data may be disclosed to data processors. We only work with data processors that provide sufficient guarantees that they comply with current data protection regulations. Under no circumstances will your data be processed in a country that does not provide equivalent protection to that in Europe. If data processors outside the European Economic Area are hired, it will be done in accordance with chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation. No other disclosure of data to third parties is anticipated, except when required by law.

 

What rights do I have when I give you my data?

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request the erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In some circumstances, data subjects may also limit the processing of their details, in which case we will only retain the information required to exercise or defend claims.

If you believe your rights have not been duly attended, you have the right to lodge a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

When the legal basis of the processing is consent, as in this case, the data subject has the right to revoke consent at any time. However, revoking consent is not retroactive. Therefore, it doesn’t affect any consent-based processing carried out prior to it being revoked.
