The data is processed in order to ensure the safety of people, goods and facilities on site using video surveillance. In this regard, we use face-recognition technology to better and faster recognise people who are potentially dangerous.

 

How long will personal data be kept?

The recordings are deleted automatically within the month. If the commission of a crime is detected, the images may be extracted and saved for longer.

 

What is the lawful basis for processing your personal data?

The lawful basis for processing this personal data is a task carried out in public interest (article 6.1e of the GDPR). This interest consists in ensuring the safety of people, goods and facilities.

Likewise, the facilities have signs notifying the use of video surveillance cameras.
 

Which recipients will your personal data be shared with?

The images may be transferred to Spanish law enforcement agencies and the courts, either in response to a legal injunction or if the commission of a crime is detected. 

There is no plan to disclose data in other manners, except as required by law.
