This Saturday, the Basilica of the Sagrada Família hosted a mass for the volunteers who helped organise the Apostolic Visit of the Holy Father to Barcelona. The event brought them together again and culminated with a performance of the song Alça la mirada (Look up) and a group photo.

The mass was led by Cardinal Joan Josep Omella i Omella, Archbishop of Barcelona, accompanied by Auxiliary Bishop David Abadías, Rev. Josep Maria Turull, Fr. Enric Puig, SJ, Mons. Carlos Bosch, other priests from the diocese and the Barcelona Archdiocese youth ministry.. The celebration was also attended by Esteve Camps, delegated president of the Junta Constructora of the Sagrada Família.

This gathering was a way to thank everyone who volunteered for their commitment and dedication, which made the Apostolic Visit of the Holy Father to Barcelona possible.
