On Friday, 9 October, Sagrada Família Head Architect Jordi Faulí gave a conference titled ‘L’arquitectura de la Sagrada Família d’Antoni Gaudí’ (Antoni Gaudí’s architecture for the Sagrada Família) at Ateneu de Maó.

During the session, Faulí discussed the Temple project and its construction, covering both the work Gaudí oversaw while alive and the instructions he left to guide future works. He also talked about how the architect passed on this information to his successors and the criteria that have been applied in continuing construction.

The conference was part of 2026 Architecture Week, held 5 through 10 October, and was hosted by the Menorca chapter of the Official Association of Architects of the Balearic Islands (COAIB) and Ateneu de Maó.
