Coinciding with the commemorative year of the centenary of Antoni Gaudí’s death, the Sagrada Família is still publishing Temple magazine, 160 years after its first edition.

This new annual issue looks back at the latest works and interventions at the Basilica, focused on the completion of the tower of Jesus Christ and the Chapel of the Assumption, as well as the most notable events and celebrations in 2025. It also includes a chronicle of a working day of the temple’s crane operators and a feature on the architect’s childhood, visiting some of the locations in the Camp de Tarragona that inspired his work. Likewise, it has articles inviting readers to follow Gaudí’s project closely through his architecture, history, symbology and interesting facts.

Temple magazine has its origins in El Propagador, a publication that the members of the Asociación Espiritual de Devotos de San José, promoters of the Sagrada Família, founded in 1866 to report on the association's activities and the progress of the works. Over time, it evolved into what Temple is today.
