The Sagrada Família Board of Trustees has decided to get rid of the split-shift schedule for internal personnel from 1 January 2023. Before taking this measure, the Board of Trustees reflected on how to improve work-life balance. As a result, they have offered workers the option to stop working split shifts. To ensure each departments’ activity is covered, the teams will have to plan their hours so someone is on duty every afternoon.

Visitor Services hours will not change.
