angle-left Details of the Social Action Fund are presented in an information session

This Tuesday, December 12, Mr. Xavier Martínez, General Director of the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, explained the objectives, bases and scope of the first call for the Social Action Fund, which will open on December 18. It will work through co-financing of social projects promoted by third sector entities and this call will be endowed with 2.3 million euros.

The event, held at the College of Economists, was attended by people from the third sector entities and was an opportunity to resolve their doubts. It has also been possible to follow live through this link, and its broadcast can be recovered.

The Sagrada Família Social Action Fund was established with a clear dedication to serving the most vulnerable individuals and groups within the Archdiocese of Barcelona. It is based on three pillars: community, geared towards those who make it up, excluding no one; equity, so we all have the same opportunities; and solidarity, which is the human value that pushes us to act to build a better society: a society that is more humane, more just and more solidary.
