Asset Publisher
The Junta Constructora del Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família has begun assessing applications received in the fourth call of the Social Action Fund, after the deadline for submitting applications on 26 June.
Over the coming months, the projects submitted by the participating organisations will be assessed according to the criteria and requirements set out in the call guidelines. A total of 316 project applications from 302 organisations were received in this call.
The assessment period will run from 27 June to 2 November 2026. Once this process has been completed, the resolution of the call will be announced on 2 November, and the participating organisations will be notified within one week.
The Sagrada Família Social Action Fund was established with a clear desire to serve the most vulnerable individuals and groups within the Archdiocese of Barcelona and the dioceses of Terrassa and Sant Feliu de Llobregat, in the Ecclesiastical Province of Barcelona. It is based on three pillars: community, because SAF prioritises initiatives that foster cohesion, are rooted in the community and are committed to working with a variety of stakeholders in our society; equity, so we all have the same opportunities; and solidarity, which is the human value that pushes us to act to build a better society: a society that is more humane, more just and more solidary.
