Representatives from the Encuentro Nacional de Mujeres Cofrades visit Sagrada Família

On 9 December, the Sagrada Família hosted one of the three days of the VII Encuentro Nacional de Mujeres Cofrades, which took place from 7 to 9 December in Barcelona.
The Executive Chairman of the Junta Constructora de la Sagrada Família welcomed them and explained the past and future of the Sagrada Família.
Then they held their work session, which aimed to assess the status of women in confraternities in order to apply measures and actions to continue working towards full integration of women in these organisations.
After the session, they took a tour of the Basilica to learn more about Antoni Gaudí, the origins of the Temple, and past and current building techniques.
