RULES FOR DRAW TO GIVE OUT 8,500 INDIVIDUAL TICKETS TO VISIT THE BASILICA OF THE SAGRADA FAMÍLIA FOR SANTA EULÀLIA ON 14 AND 15 FEBRUARY 2026

 

ONE. PURPOSE

1. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA Foundation (hereinafter the “Foundation”) with Tax ID number (CIF) G58302928 and business address at Carrer de Mallorca 401, 08013, Barcelona, is holding a draw to give out eight thousand five hundred (8,500) individual tickets to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família for Santa Eulàlia on 14 and 15 February 2026, in different time slots between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm on Saturday 14 February 2026 and between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Sunday 15 February 2026 (hereinafter the “Visits”).

2. The purpose of these rules is to govern the requirements of entering the draw described in point 1 above (hereinafter the “Draw”) and establish how it will work, as well as any other criteria or aspect related to the Draw.

 

TWO. DRAW REQUIREMENTS AND ENTRY PERIOD

1. The Draw is open to people of legal age who are residents of Spain, either citizens with a DNI or foreigners with a residency card.

2. There is no charge for entering the Draw.

3. The Draw entry period begins on 2 February 2026 at 10:00 am and ends on 8 February 2026 at 9:00 pm.

In exceptional circumstances, the Foundation may shorten or extend this period, which it will announce on its website, hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org, and on its social media profiles on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia), X (https://x.com/sagradafamilia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia).

4. Each individual may only enter the Draw once.

 

THREE. DRAW MECHANICS

1. How to enter the Draw:

I. Anyone interested in entering the Draw must register within the entry period established in point 3 of section 2 above, filling in the registration form, a link to which will be available on the Foundation’s website, hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org, or on its social media profiles on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia), X (https://x.com/sagradafamilia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia).

ii. To enter the Draw, individuals must provide the following personal data on the registration form: user name, name, surname, email address, phone number and/or mobile phone number, town of residence, postcode and DNI or residency card number. On this form, participants must note whether, if they are chosen for the Visits, they will need to enter the Basilica of the Sagrada Família with a pram or wheelchair.

The user name must not be repeated.

Then participants will have to choose their preferred time to visit if they win, noting the date (14 or 15 February 2026) and one of the two time slots available (from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm or from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm on Saturday 14 February 2026; or from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm or from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday 15 February 2026).

User names will not be allowed with content considered inappropriate, offensive, distasteful, discriminatory or to infringe on the rights of third parties. Nor will comments be allowed that infringe on the rights of an individual to honour, personal and family privacy and personal image.

Any data provided by people who enter the Draw will be used solely to manage the Draw, specifically to organise and carry out the Draw, notify winners and alternates, and award and/or send the prizes; the data of winners and alternates will not be posted, except for their user names, which will be posted as established in point 2 of section 5 regarding the choosing of winners and alternates and awarding of prizes.

IMPORTANT: The Foundation guarantees that each winner will receive four (4) individual tickets to enter the Basilica of the Sagrada Família on the date and during the time slot chosen when entering the Draw. However, the exact entrance time will be assigned in the order the winners are chosen in the draw, within their preferred time slots, and this is the time that will be listed on the tickets winners will receive at the contact email address provided for this purpose. The tickets will also show the entrance winners must use to enter the Basilica of the Sagrada Família.

The entrance times for each time slot on the two days are as follows:

The Foundation hereby informs participants that the Visits may be affected by circumstances that arise at any given moment, which may require them to be rescheduled and/or cancelled, as required by the specific circumstances at the time, or to modify the entrance conditions and capacity of the Basilica of the Sagrada Família to applicable regulations and recommendations from the corresponding authorities.

If the Visits cannot be conducted as established in these rules due to force majeure, including but not limited to an international, national or local emergency, fires, floods, accidents, natural disasters, epidemics or any other similar causes that are beyond the Foundation’s reasonable control, the Foundation will not be liable and winners may not lodge any claims in this regard.

iii. After entering the Draw, all participants will receive an email confirming the contact email address provided on the entry form and governed by point 1.ii of this section.

Summary of the steps for entering the Draw:

  • Follow the link https://sagradafamilia.org or go to the Basilica of the Sagrada Família’s profile on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia), X (https://x.com/sagradafamilia) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia) and follow the instructions.
  • Follow the link to the EASYPROMOS platform and fill in the form with your personal details.
  • Choose the date (14 or 15 February 2026) and one of the two time slots available (from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm or from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm on Saturday 14 February 2026; or from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm or from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday 15 February 2026) for the visit.
  • Read the rules and privacy policy to confirm registration.

2. Checking entries and choosing winners and alternates

I. After entering the Draw, the Foundation will check all entries have been done correctly and make up a list of participants who have entered, in chronological order by the date and time the entry was received. Each participant will be assigned an ordinal number, starting with the number one (1) and continuing in ascending order to the total number of entries received that comply with the requirements established in these rules.

ii. The Draw will be held on 8 February 2026 immediately after the entry period is closed, on the EASYPROMOS platform, using a transparent, automatic, random system that will select the total number of winners and alternates given below for each of the time slots on each date 14 and 15 February 2026 from all the participants that chose each date and time slot when entering:

Saturday 14 February:

- Six hundred (600) winners and two hundred (200) alternates for the 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm time slot on 14 February.

- Four hundred (400) winners and two hundred (200) alternates for the 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm time slot on 14 February.

Sunday 15 February:

- Five hundred and sixty-four (564) winners and two hundred (200) alternates for the 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm time slot on 15 February.

- Five hundred and sixty-one (561) winners and two hundred (200) alternates for the 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm time slot on 15 February.

Each winner will have the right to four (4) individual tickets to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família in the time slot on the date selected.

iii. If, at the end of the entry period, the number of participants who chose any of the time slots on 14 or 15 February 2026 is less than the number of tickets to be given out in said time slot, as established in point 2.ii of this section, after the winners are chosen in accordance with the mechanics described in this point, the alternates will be selected in the order their entries were received, for the corresponding date and time slot.

The number of alternates selected in this case will depend on the number of tickets to give out that are still available after selecting the winners as described in section 2.ii of this section.

3. Handling questions and issues

I. For any questions or issues related to the Draw or the Visits, participants may contact the Foundation by email at portesobertes@ext.sagradafamilia.org.

FOUR. PRIZES

The prizes in this Draw are four (4) individual, transferable tickets to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família for Santa Eulàlia 2026 on 14 or 15 February 2026 between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, based on the time slot chosen and entrance time assigned.

Each ticket will give the bearer the right to enter and visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família on the date and time specified on the ticket. Children from three years old need their own ticket to enter the grounds.

The prizes may not, under any circumstances, be traded for cash or other products at the winners’ request and are subject to current tax law. The tickets are transferable, which means you can donate or gift them, but selling them is completely forbidden.

In cases of force majeure, the Foundation reserves the right to replace the aforementioned prizes for others of a similar value and comparable characteristics.

Notwithstanding the provisions of point 2 section 3, the Foundation reserves the right to declare the draw null and void or to select fewer winners that established in these rules if the total number of participants in the Draw who meet all the requirements established in these rules is less than the number of tickets to be given out.

 

FIVE. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND ALTERNATES AND AWARDING PRIZES

1. On 8 February, the Draw will be held on the EASYPROMOS platform, according to the mechanics established in point 2.ii of section 3.

2. The winners and alternates will be announced by posting a list drawn up for this purpose using the EASYPROMOS platform, which will show the user name of the winners and the alternates chosen. The Foundation will announce the winners and alternates in a list posted on its website, hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org, and on its social media profiles on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia), X (https://x.com/sagradafamilia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia).

If a participant uses their email address to enter the draw instead of a user name, to protect their privacy, the winner’s name will be shown on the list.

3. The winners will receive an email on 9 or 10 February 2026 from the Koobin platform at the email address provided for this purpose when entering the Draw. This email will include the tickets in PDF format.

4. To enter the grounds on the day of the Visit, ticketholders will have to show the tickets printed on paper or on a mobile device or tablet.

5. The Foundation reserves the right to change the notification date established in point 3 above in case of force majeure or if required for any other justifiable cause.

6. Additionally, the Foundation reserves the right to increase the number of tickets given out for any date or time slot and assign the additional tickets available to the alternates chosen, according to the list described in point 2 above, strictly in the order they appear on this list.

Furthermore, if once the Draw has been held the Foundation disqualifies one or more participants due to irregular behaviour, as established in point 3 of section 7, the Foundation reserves the right to award the corresponding number of tickets available to the alternates chosen, under the same terms established in the previous section.

If applicable, the Foundation will announce this on its website, hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org, and on its social media profiles on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia), X (https://x.com/sagradafamilia) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia) by 13 February 2026 at the latest.

However, no later than 13 February 2026, the Foundation will contact the alternates assigned the additional tickets and/or any tickets that become available after winners are disqualified by email to the address provided for this purpose on the registration form, and this email will include the tickets in PDF format.

7. In any case, all winners are recommended to check the Basilica of the Sagrada Família rules for the day of their visit, available on the Foundation’s official website, which has an updated list of rules and tips, available at https://sagradafamilia.org/normativa-i-condicions-de-compra#normativa.

Winners and their guests who attend the Visits must comply with all the rules and safety and prevention measures, and the health and safety rules that apply on their visit day, as well as any other conditions that apply to entering the Basilica of the Sagrada Família grounds.

 

SIX. CONSULTATION AND DEPOSIT OF RULES

These rules will be deposited on the Foundation website hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org.

 

SEVEN. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Entering the Draw implies acceptance of and respect for these rules as the guidelines governing the Draw, the rights of anyone entering the Draw and the selection of the winners and alternates, which may not be the subject of any claim.

Participants undertake to comply with these rules, as well as the rest of the terms and conditions that apply according to these rules. Any rejection of these rules in full or part by participants will automatically disqualify them from the Draw, and the Foundation will have no further obligation to disqualified participants.

If the Foundation itself or through any organisation collaborating on the Draw detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is engaging in irregular behaviour with the intention of impeding the proper course of the Draw and/or improperly altering the results, the Foundation reserves the right to immediately disqualify said individual from the Draw.

Furthermore, the Foundation reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, cancel or void the Draw to which these rules pertain if there are any exceptional circumstances, due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, that impede the proper course of the Draw, without incurring any liability, and must notify participants of this fact as quickly as possible.

 

EIGHT. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Draw will be governed by these rules and current Catalan and Spanish law, as applicable.

For any dispute, discrepancy, matter or claim regarding any act related to the content of these rules or their execution or interpretation, or directly or indirectly related to these rules, the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona will apply.

 

NINE. DATA PROTECTION

The Foundation is the data controller for any data provided by participants in the Draw, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, and the corresponding regulations in force that develop it in terms of data protection.

Handling participation in the Draw, publication of the winners and alternates on the Sagrada Família social media and website. Additionally, the names and surnames of the winners and alternates will be posted online, so anyone may know that you are a winner or alternate of the Draw. It will also be processed to award the prizes and send out satisfaction questionnaires to participants, winners and alternates. Furthermore, if you consent, we will also use your data to send you information on other activities we organise that you may be interested in.

 

How long will we keep your data?

Any data provided will be deleted once the Draw and management of the Foundation’s obligations regarding the Draw are complete. In any case, the data will be kept as long as necessary to comply with the Foundation’s legal obligations.

What is the legal grounds for processing your data?

The legal grounds for processing your data is your express consent.

The legal grounds for sending information on other activities we organise is also consent. Withdrawing this consent will under no circumstances affect your participation in the Draw.

 

Who will your data be disclosed to?

Your data will be disclosed to the providers hired to carry out the Draw, who will act as data processors: KoobinEvent SL (official platform hired by the Foundation to send out tickets) and Saramba Studio, SL (manager of the EASYPROMOS platform, hired by the Foundation to carry out the Draw).

No data is expected to be disclosed to other third parties, except when required by law.

 

What rights do you have when you give us data?

Anyone has the right to know whether the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA FOUNDATION is processing personal data that pertains to them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request the erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In some circumstances, data subjects may also request we limit the processing of their details, in which case we will only retain the information required to lodge or defend claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their specific situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data.
