In 2026, we will witness a historic milestone with the culmination of the tower of Jesus, the last of the Basilica’s central towers. This coincides with the commemoration of the hundredth anniversary of Antoni Gaudí’s death, making it a particularly meaningful year for the city of Barcelona and its inhabitants.

To make locals part of the celebrations, from 1 January to 31 December 2026, anyone who can show they are a resident of the city of Barcelona will get 50% off any sort of ticket currently available, subject to availability at the time, in the general section of individual products.

From 1 January to 31 December 2026, any time tickets are available.

To get tickets, send an email to resident@ext.sagradafamilia.org with proof of Barcelona city residency (copy of official photo ID and/or municipal residency certificate).

Visitors must also show proof of residency when they come to the Basilica.

These tickets can’t be purchased online or at the ticket office.

These tickets are personal and non-transferable.

You can get these tickets all year long, as many times as you want. Each booking can include no more than 9 tickets.

The person who makes the booking must be one of the visitors.

Anyone who uses the tickets available through this promotion must be a resident of the city of Barcelona and show proof of residency when booking and on the day of the visit.

In this case, it is considered a group and the booking information here applies.

As a general rule, tickets can’t be changed or returned.

You must request changes or refunds at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Within 48 hours, you must provide official proof of why you can’t visit. Only unused tickets can be changed or returned.

Changes must be made within 15 days of the originally scheduled visit to the Temple, as shown on the original ticket.

Change requests must be handled by email with resident@ext.sagradafamilia.org. However, all requests will be subject to ticket availability.
