3. Procedure for online purchase of Tickets
3.1. To purchase Tickets online, the User must follow these steps:
(i) Firstly, the User must have a computer, smartphone or any other type of electronic device with an Internet connection, and go to the Portal (within the Tickets section, located at the following link: www.sagradafamilia.org/tickets).
(ii) Once the User has accessed the Ticket sales section of the Portal, he/she must indicate whether he/she wishes to purchase individual Tickets, Tickets for groups or Tickets for schools, in accordance with the categories indicated in Condition 2.3 above.
(iii) The User must then select the type of Tickets he or she wishes to purchase, in accordance with the types and services listed in Condition 2.4 above.
(iv) After selecting the category, type and services of the Tickets that they wish to purchase, the User must select the specific date and time on which they wish to visit the Temple, as well as the number of Tickets to be purchased. The Portal itself will indicate to the User the number of Tickets available when there are few left, the time slot and the number of Users selected. The availability of the Tickets for specific days and times will depend on the availability of access to the Temple indicated at any given time by the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA on the Portal. The day and time on which the visit to the Temple to which the Ticket entitles will take place will be those stated on the Ticket after the entire contracting process has been satisfactorily completed.
(v) The User must also indicate the type of beneficiary who will use the Tickets, indicating, if applicable, whether they are persons categorized as general public, students, retirees, minors under eleven (11) years of age, minors under thirty (30) years of age, disabled or companions, who may enjoy discounts, reductions or free tickets on the price of the Tickets, based on the policy established by the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA at any given time. In the case of acquiring Tickets for groups or schools, the type of visitor must be indicated based on the aforementioned categories. The User agrees to provide truthful information at all times. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA may deny access to the Temple to those visitors who, having chosen this type of Ticket, do not meet the requirements described to be beneficiaries of the same.
(vi) Depending on the number and type of Tickets selected by the User, the Portal will indicate the final purchase price of the Tickets (which will include VAT or other applicable taxes). The prices of the Tickets can be consulted in advance in the Tickets section of the Portal, which is prominently displayed in the header menu of the Portal and is accessible through the following link: https://sagradafamilia.org/tickets. The price of the Tickets will be the one that appears on the Portal at the time of purchase.
(vii) If you have selected a Ticket with a guided tour, the User must select the language in which he or she wishes to take part in the tour. Likewise, if you have selected a Ticket with access to one of the towers, the User must choose which of the two towers he or she wishes to visit.
(viii) Once the User has selected all the options mentioned above, he/she must provide the following information: his/her name and surname, a contact telephone number, an email address and his/her country of residence.
(ix) The User will then be asked to select the payment method with which he/she wishes to make his/her purchase. Tickets available on the Portal may be purchased using any of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express.
3.2. Before proceeding with the purchase, the User must expressly and obligatorily accept these General Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. The User may also receive information about the Basilica, visits and activities, as well as commercial information about other related products and services if he or she expressly indicates so.
3.3. Finally, after having selected the payment method and clicking on the Buy button, the User will be redirected to the platform of the corresponding financial institution and must follow the payment instructions provided by the institution.
3.4. The contract between the User and JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA for the purchase of Tickets will be concluded at the time when the User successfully completes the payment process for the Tickets. If for any reason beyond the control of JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA (and, in particular, but not limited to, technical reasons associated with the User or the payment platform) the payment process for the Tickets is not successfully completed, the purchase of the Tickets will not be considered concluded and, therefore, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not assume any contractual obligation towards the User.
3.5. Before completing the Ticket purchase process, it is the User's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the data entered. Once the Ticket purchase process has been successfully completed, their characteristics, modalities and conditions (such as the day or time of the visit) may not be modified except in the cases expressly provided for in these Conditions.
3.6. The User declares and guarantees to JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to act, contract and acquire the Tickets through the Portal, that he/she will correctly complete all the data requested during the contracting process and that the data he/she will enter is true, up to date and does not correspond to a third party. In the case of contracts made by minors, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not be responsible for the validity of the consent given to contract or for the need for their legal representatives to validate said contract. Likewise, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is not responsible for checking the truthfulness or accuracy of the data provided by the Users. Therefore, the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not assume any responsibility for persons who fail to comply with the obligations to provide their own, certain, true and lawful information, these persons being the only ones responsible for all purposes for any false or inaccurate data they enter during the contracting process, as well as for any damages of any kind they cause to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA or to third parties due to this circumstance.
3.7. Once the purchase process has been completed, the User will receive an email, at the email address provided for this purpose, confirming the purchase of the Tickets and containing the booking reference number and the Tickets purchased. Upon receipt of this email, the User may:
3.7.1 Print your Tickets on paper, checking that the codes that identify and individualize each Ticket are perfectly legible.
3.7.2 Download the Tickets in PDF format to your mobile device.
3.7.3 Download the Tickets received in Passbook or Wallet format.
3.7.4 Download the official app with the audio guide included, Tickets and other services.
3.8. Tickets in any of these four formats will have equal validity. Tickets will have a unique identifier and may only be used once.
3.9. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not accept any Ticket purchased through a reseller entity.
4. Non-transferable use and prohibition of resale of Tickets
4.1. Under no circumstances is the purchase of Tickets through the Portal permitted for purposes other than those expressly contemplated in these Conditions.
4.2. In this regard, and in order to prevent the resale of Tickets under conditions detrimental to visitors to the Temple, the User may not resell the Tickets in exchange for a price or carry out any onerous legal act of transferring the use of the Ticket or its ownership in favor of third parties. Nor may guides purchase individual Tickets for the purpose of reselling them to third parties. Only official distributors and collaborators expressly authorized by the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA may make available to third parties the Tickets they have previously purchased, and always strictly complying, and in any case, with the conditions previously agreed with the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA.
4.3. The resale or transfer of the use or ownership of the Ticket to third parties for a fee shall entitle the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA to: (i) cancel the Ticket without paying any type of refund to the User; (ii) prevent access to the Temple and to the third party possessing or owning the Ticket that has been resold or subject to any fee-based transfer, and (iii) claim from the User any damages suffered as a result of the resale of the Ticket or the transfer of its use or ownership for a fee. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall take all necessary measures, whether judicial or extrajudicial, to pursue any conduct that infringes the content of this clause.
4.4. The purchase of a Ticket does not entitle the User to make any use of it for advertising, promotional or marketing purposes (including contests, promotions, gifts or raffles), unless the express prior consent of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is obtained.
4.5. Likewise, the installation of the information and content of the Portal on any terminal or server connected directly or indirectly to the Internet or to a local network that allows third parties to access them through means other than the Portal is expressly prohibited. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA reserves the right to block the use of the Portal by Users who have used it (or who are suspected of having used it) incorrectly or fraudulently.
4.6. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is only responsible for the Tickets acquired through the Portal.
5. Returns and exchanges policy
5.1. As a general rule, once the Tickets have been purchased by the User, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not accept changes or returns of said Tickets. In this regard, Users who have the status of consumers will also not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal contemplated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, since the Tickets have the character of a recreational service with a scheduled date and time.
5.2. As an exception to the general rule above, the User may only request the exchange or refund of the Tickets when these have not been validated, by his/her own decision and in accordance with the terms set forth in the following conditions, when the User cannot access the Temple (or cannot do so under the conditions and with the additional services acquired with the Ticket) due to any incident: (i) related to access to the premises; (ii) which prevents access to the User or any other User under the same conditions (for example, in cases where an event is held in the Temple not scheduled with sufficient advance notice and visiting hours must be closed); (iii) which is not attributable to the User or to third parties outside the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA (for example, due to weather incidents) and (iv) when he/she presents an official document stating the reasons why the visit is not possible. In the event that the User is unable to enjoy the additional services for reasons that are the responsibility of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, said services will also be refunded, and the User may not claim a refund for the services enjoyed or for the Entrance to the Temple.
5.3. In the event that the circumstances provided for in Condition 5.2 above occur, the User may request a change of Tickets by indicating a day and time for the new ones, which will have the same characteristics, modalities and services as the originals. The change must necessarily be processed within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the visit to the Temple was scheduled according to the original Ticket. The change request must be processed by sending an email to the address customer@ext.sagradafamilia.org. In any case, the request for change will be conditioned by the availability of Tickets and the authorization of each particular case for the new date and time selected by the User. The change will not entail any charge for the User. The request for change may also be made at the Temple ticket office, provided that there is available capacity for the same day on which the visitor presents himself at the entrance. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will only accept the change of Tickets when they have been acquired through the Portal and have not expired.
5.4. In the event that the circumstances provided for in Condition 5.2 above occur, the User may request, as an alternative to exchange, the return of the Tickets. The process for the return of the Tickets will be as follows: to request the return and reimbursement of the Tickets purchased directly on the Portal, the User must present the Tickets, in digital or paper format, provide the reservation locator number and make the request within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the visit was scheduled according to the original Ticket. The return request must be processed by sending an email to the address customer@ext.sagradafamilia.org In the case of refunds due to the closure of services and/or the Temple due to the decision of the organizer, it will not be necessary to present the Tickets, but the refund will be made automatically through the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund of the Tickets will be nominal, that is, it can only be requested by the User who purchased them. If the reason for the refund is due to the impossibility of accessing one of the premises or enjoying any of the additional services contracted, said refund and the corresponding refund will only refer to the proportional amount that the affected services or accesses represent on the Ticket, and always in accordance with the rates indicated on the Portal. The refund of the purchase price of the Tickets will be made through the same method used at the time of payment. The period for processing the refund will be a maximum of thirty (30) days from the request. In the case of having made the purchase with a credit or debit card, the refund period will depend on the bank of each User. The refund will only include the price of the Tickets paid by the User. Under no circumstances will the User be reimbursed for any other costs or expenses such as, but not limited to, transportation or accommodation costs.
5.5. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not manage and/or authorize changes or returns of Tickets purchased through intermediaries or unofficial distributors, which must be processed through these third parties and in accordance with their own conditions.
6. Intellectual and industrial property rights
6.1. The intellectual and industrial property rights over the Portal, the Temple and all its elements and contents are the exclusive property of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, or of third parties, or have been legitimately transferred or licensed in favor of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA. Consequently, the use, reproduction, transmission, transformation, dissemination, disclosure, publication, processing, distribution, public communication or exploitation of the Portal, the Temple and its elements and contents, in any way, by the User is prohibited, except for those uses strictly necessary for the use of the services offered through the Portal or those legally permitted.
6.2. The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Portal or the acquisition of Tickets does not imply the transfer of any intellectual or industrial property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, designs or other rights over the Portal, the Temple and all its elements and contents.
6.3. The User shall be solely responsible before the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA and third parties for any infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights or of a similar nature that occurs in relation to the Portal, the Temple and all its elements and contents.
7. Prohibited uses of the Portal
7.1. The User undertakes not to misuse the Portal, nor to use it or distribute information through it for the following purposes: to carry out activities that are contrary to any law in force, these General Conditions, morality, good customs or established public order, for purposes that are illegal, prohibited or harmful to the rights and interests of JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA or third parties; to use the Portal or a part of it on other private or commercial websites, as well as to make commercial use of it, or to establish links or URLs to the Portal or its contents; to alter, copy, modify, reverse engineer, license, imitate or sell the Portal or its contents; to transmit a virus or other malicious component that harms, limits or damages the Portal or any connected network, or that interferes with the use and enjoyment of the Portal by any other User; disseminate, extract, reuse, forward or use in any way, in whole or in part, in any medium or support, any of the data or content of the Portal belonging to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA without its prior written consent.
7.2. Furthermore, the User agrees not to use the name, image and any type of distinctive sign of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA (such as trademarks, trade names, logos, etc.) for any purpose.
7.3. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA reserves the right to block access to the Portal to any User who infringes these General Conditions, the rights of third parties or applicable legislation and, in particular, all the commitments stipulated in this clause. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall retain all other additional rights that may apply to it against any User, such as the right to bring any type of legal action.
8. Exclusion of warranties
8.1. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA does not guarantee the authenticity nor assume any responsibility in relation to Tickets that have not been acquired through the Portal.
8.2. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will take all reasonable measures to ensure the correct operation of the Portal, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions in the services for the purpose of carrying out repair or maintenance tasks on the Portal, or lack of coverage or errors in the equipment or networks necessary for the transmission of data, which are beyond its control. In any case, the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will take the appropriate measures to reduce such interruptions.
8.3. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA cannot guarantee that the information contained in the Portal is accurate, correct and up-to-date at all times, but will do everything reasonably possible to ensure that this is the case.
9. Responsibilities
9.1. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may be caused by the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Portal for reasons beyond the control of the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, as well as the services enabled through it.
9.2. The User uses the Portal at his/her own risk. By accessing the Portal, the User undertakes to use it in accordance with the law and these General Conditions, morality, generally accepted good practices and public order, and shall be liable to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA and/or any third party for any damages or losses that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with these obligations. Consequently, the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is not liable for any use that the User makes of the content of the Portal that may constitute a violation of any type of regulation, whether national or international.
9.3. The User shall be fully responsible for all data or content transmitted or communicated to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA through the Portal.
9.4. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall not be liable for any possible security errors that may occur or for any possible damage that may be caused to the User's devices (hardware and software) and/or to the files or documents stored therein, as a result of the presence of viruses on the User's devices used to connect to the Portal's services and content, a malfunction of the Internet, telephone breakdowns, interference, omissions or disconnections in the operational functioning of the Portal caused by reasons beyond the control of JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA.
9.5. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is not responsible for any costs arising from communication and data transmission or Internet connection incurred by the User.
9.6. The establishment of a link from the Portal to another portal does not imply that JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA accepts or approves the contents of the linked portal. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA does not control the contents of any portal linked through the Portal and does not assume any type of responsibility that may arise from the use by the User of functionalities, technologies, services or portals of third parties. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and in compliance with current regulations, if JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA notices any illegal content, it will remove the corresponding link and notify the relevant authorities.
9.7. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA will not assume any type of responsibility in relation to any Ticket that has not been acquired through the Portal.
9.8. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is not responsible for any loss or theft of Tickets. Users must keep their Tickets safe until the day of the visit, and must assume all responsibility in the event that their Ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or falsified, losing all rights granted to them to access the premises. Only the first Ticket presented and whose code is validated will be valid. Any Ticket with the same code, regardless of who presents it later, will be totally invalid.
9.9. During the visit to the Temple, visitors must scrupulously follow all the established safety rules, indications and instructions that are transferred by the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA and/or all those that are applicable, following the appropriate diligence and precautionary measures. In this regard, the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damage, loss, cost or expense suffered by visitors or third parties as a result of a breach of said rules, indications or instructions, or, in general, of a negligent act or omission on their part or on the part of any third party other than the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA.
9.10. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall not be liable under any circumstances for the loss or theft of personal items of visitors during their visit to the Temple due to actions or omissions of third parties not attributable to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA.
9.11. Visitors will be exclusively responsible and liable to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA and third parties for any damage, defect or harm they cause to the Temple, any of its elements and/or third parties during visits, without any type of limitation.
9.12. Any conduct or action that may be carried out by a person under sixteen (16) years of age at the time of the visit will be the exclusive responsibility of the adults accompanying him or her. In the case of school visits, the accompanying teachers will be the only ones responsible for any conduct or action carried out by the minors.
10. Policy on modifications to the General Conditions
10.1. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA reserves the right to modify or update these General Conditions at any time. The User will find the current version of the General Conditions on the Portal at all times.
10.2. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA reserves the right to expand, reduce or modify the services provided through the Portal at any time.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1. The online purchase service for Tickets involves the collection and subsequent processing of information, including personal information. The party responsible for processing the personal data provided by the User (the "Personal Data") is JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, whose contact details are those listed at the beginning of these General Conditions.
11.2. The User's Personal Data will be processed to manage the online purchase of the Tickets.
11.3. In the event that the User must provide personal data of third parties to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA in order, for example, to calculate rates based on the age of visitors, the User undertakes to obtain the express consent of said third parties (or their guardians or legal representatives) before communicating the data to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA.
11.4. Likewise, provided that it has the User's consent and as long as the User does not revoke it, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA may process the Personal Data for the following purposes: (i) to send commercial communications to the User, including by electronic means; (ii) to respond to queries that the User may make when contacting JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA; (iii) to send satisfaction surveys related to the visit made, and (iv) to process information that JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA has obtained through cookies, in accordance with that described in more detail in the Cookies Policy, accessible through the following link: https://sagradafamilia.org/cookies.
11.5. Regarding commercial communications sent by electronic means, these may be made in a personalized manner, depending on the language of the browser, the type of Ticket purchased and the advance notice of the purchase.
11.6. Likewise, Personal Data will be processed when the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA must comply with a legal obligation that applies to it, such as those arising from tax regulations and the prevention of money laundering. In such cases, Personal Data will be processed during the periods established in said regulations and will be deleted once said periods have elapsed.
11.7. The legal basis for processing is the execution of the contractual relationship between the User and JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA under the terms specified in these General Conditions, with the processing of Personal Data being strictly necessary in order to benefit from the online Ticket sales service.
11.8. Regarding the additional purposes of sending commercial communications, satisfaction surveys and responding to queries that the User may make when contacting JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, the legal basis is the consent given by the User, which may be revoked at any time without affecting the provision of the service. Specifically, the User may withdraw his or her consent at any time by contacting dades@sagradafamilia.org. This will not, however, prevent us from sending you emails or other communications related to the online purchase service of the Tickets, since these are necessary to comply with the contractual relationship that we maintain with the User.
11.9. Personal Data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA and the User. Once the contractual relationship has ended, they will be retained for the period necessary to meet the responsibilities that may arise from it.
11.10. As regards the Personal Data necessary to respond to queries made by the User, as well as to send electronic commercial communications, these will be kept as long as the User does not revoke the consent given and, once it has been withdrawn, for the period necessary to meet any liabilities that may have arisen. In any case, when the Personal Data are not necessary for the purpose for which they were obtained, and as long as they are not definitively cancelled, they will be kept in a blocked form.
11.11. Only third parties to whom the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA has entrusted the provision of services will have access to the Personal Data. Likewise, when the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA must comply with a legal obligation, the Personal Data may be provided to the corresponding courts and administrative authorities.
11.12. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA manages collections through financial institutions and payment management gateways, and therefore data may be communicated to said entities in order to manage the collection of the contracted services. The data may be communicated to data processors. We only work with data processors that offer sufficient guarantees of compliance with current data protection legislation. Your personal data will under no circumstances be processed from a country that does not offer a level of protection comparable to that of Europe. If it is decided to hire data processors located outside the European Economic Area, said hiring will be done in accordance with Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.
11.13. The User may exercise, under the terms recognized by current legislation, the rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data, as well as request that the processing of their Personal Data be limited, oppose it, revoke the consent given or request the portability of their data by writing to the email address dades@sagradafamilia.org. Likewise, the User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

12.4. However, JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA is not committed to nor obliged to take part in any online dispute resolution process.
