RULES FOR BLOG DRAW TO GIVE OUT 20 TICKETS FOR TWO TO VISIT THE BASILICA OF THE SAGRADA FAMÍLIA

 

ONE. PURPOSE

1. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA Foundation (hereinafter the “Foundation”), with Tax ID number G58302928 and business address at Carrer de Mallorca 401, 08013, Barcelona, is holding a draw on its blog to give out twenty (20) tickets for two to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família in 2025 (the “Visit”).

2. The purpose of these rules is to govern the requirements of entering the draw described in point 1 above (hereinafter the “Draw”) and establish how it will work, as well as any other criteria or aspect related to it.

 

TWO. DRAW REQUIREMENTS AND ENTRY PERIOD

1. The Draw is for people over 16 years old who are residents of Spain, either citizens with a DNI or foreigners with a residency card.

2. There is no charge for entering the Draw.

3. The Draw entry period begins on 29 September 2025 at 10:00 am and ends on 2 October 2025 at 21:00 am.

The Foundation may lengthen or shorten this period, which it would announce on its Instagram profile.

4. Each individual may only enter the draw one time.

 

THREE. DRAW MECHANICS

1. How to enter the Draw:

I. Anyone interested in entering the Draw must answer one question that will be provided in a post on the Sagrada Família’s official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia/) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia/) profiles. The answer to this question can be found on the Sagrada Família blog (blog.sagradafamilia.org) posts.

The post will be available from 29 September 2025 at 10:00 am and the answer must be provided in a comment on that post before the deadline, as established in point 3 of the previous section. Only one entry per person.

The answer to the question will be in one of the Sagrada Família blog posts (blog.sagradafamilia.org).

Summary of the steps for entering the draw to win tickets:

 

2. Checking entries and choosing winners and alternates

i. After entering the Draw, the Foundation will check all entries have been done correctly and make up a list of participants who have entered, in chronological order by the date and time the entry was received. Each participant will be assigned an ordinal number, starting with the number 1 and continuing in ascending order to the total number of entries received that comply with the requirements established in these rules.

ii. The Draw will be held on 2 October 2025, after the entry deadline, using a transparent, automatic, random system that will select 20 winners and 20 alternates.

Each winner will have the right to two (2) individual tickets to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família in 2025. The tickets will be subject to availability at the time.

iii. If, at the end of the entry period, the number of participants is less than the number of tickets to be given out, as established in point 2.ii of this section, after the winners are chosen in accordance with the mechanics described in the aforementioned point, the alternates will be selected in the order their entries were received, for the corresponding date and time slot.

 

3 Handling questions and issues

I. For any questions and/or to report issues related to the entry process, Draw and/or Visits, Draw participants may contact the Foundation by email at comunicacio@ext.sagradafamilia.org, explaining their question or issue.

 

FOUR. PRIZES

The prizes in the Draw are two (2) individual, transferable tickets to visit the Basilica of the Sagrada Família in 2025, subject to availability at any given time.

Children from three (3) years old need their own ticket to enter the grounds and children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.

The prizes may not, under any circumstances, be traded for cash or other products at the winners’ request and are subject to current tax law. The tickets are transferable, which means you can donate or gift them, but selling them is completely forbidden.

If the Visit cannot be done due to circumstances of force majeure or to causes attributable to the FOUNDATION, the winners will be notified as quickly as possible by the FOUNDATION and may not, under any circumstances, claim compensation or similar.

Notwithstanding the provisions of point 2 section 3, the Foundation reserves the right to declare the draw null and void or to select fewer winners that established in these rules if the total number of participants in the Draw who meet all the requirements established in these rules is less than the number of tickets to be given out.

 

FIVE. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND ALTERNATES AND AWARDING PRIZES

1. Once the Draw entry period has come to an end, meaning after 2 October 2025 at 21:00 am, the Draw will be held using the EASYPROMOS platform (https://www.easypromosapp.com/), according to the mechanics established in point 2.ii of section 3.

2. The winners and alternates will be announced by posting a list drawn up for this purpose using the EASYPROMOS platform, which will show the profile name of the winners and the alternates chosen. The Foundation will announce the winners and alternates by posting a list drawn up for this purpose by the Foundation on its Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia/) and Facebook   

(https://www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia/) profiles.

3 The winners will be sent a private message from the Sagrada Família Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia/) or Facebook  (https://www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia/) profile on 3 October 2025. Said message will ask them to provide an email address where the tickets can be sent no later than 30 September.

Any data provided by people who enter the Draw will be used solely to manage the Draw, specifically to organise and carry out the Draw, notify winners and alternates, and award and/or send the prizes; the data of winners and alternates will not be posted, except for their Instagram and Facebook profiles, as established in point 2 of section 5 regarding the choosing of winners and alternates and awarding of prizes.

4. Between 3 and 7 October 2025, winners will receive their tickets to the email address provided for this purpose.

4. To enter the grounds on the day of the Visit, ticketholders will have to show the tickets printed on paper or on a mobile device or tablet.

5. The Foundation reserves the right to change the notification date established in point 3 above in case of force majeure or if required for any other justifiable cause.

6. Furthermore, if once the Draw has been held the Foundation disqualifies one or more participants due to irregular behaviour, as established in point 3 of section 7, the Foundation reserves the right to award the corresponding number of tickets available to the alternates chosen, under the same terms established in the previous section.

If necessary, the Foundation will announce this on its website, hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org, and on its Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia/) profiles.

Furthermore, no later than 9 October 2025, the Foundation will contact any alternates who have been assigned the additional tickets and/or tickets resulting from winners being disqualified by private message from the Sagrada Família official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/basilicasagradafamilia/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BasilicadelaSagradaFamilia/) profiles.

7. In any case, all winners are recommended to check the Basilica of the Sagrada Família rules for the day of their visit, available on the Foundation’s official website, which has an updated list of rules and tips, available at https://sagradafamilia.org/normativa-i-condicions-de-compra#normativa.

Winners and their guests who attend the Visits must comply with all the rules and safety and prevention measures, and the health and safety rules that apply on their visit day, as well as any other conditions that apply to entering the Basilica of the Sagrada Família grounds.

 

SIX. CONSULTATION AND DEPOSIT OF RULES

These rules will be deposited on the Foundation website hosted at https://sagradafamilia.org.

 

SEVEN. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Entering the Draw implies acceptance of and respect for these rules as the guidelines governing the Draw, the rights of anyone entering the Draw and the selection of the winners and alternates, which may not be the subject of any claim.

Participants undertake to comply with these rules, as well as the rest of the terms and conditions that apply according to these rules. Any rejection of these rules in full or part by participants will automatically disqualify them from the Draw, and the Foundation will have no further obligation to disqualified participants.

If the Foundation itself or through any organisation collaborating on the Draw detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is engaging in irregular behaviour with the intention of impeding the proper course of the Draw and/or improperly altering the results, the Foundation reserves the right to immediately disqualify said person and must properly notify them of said disqualification.

Furthermore, the Foundation reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, cancel or void the Draw to which these rules pertain if there are any exceptional circumstances, due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, that impede the proper course of the Draw, without incurring any liability, and must notify participants of this fact as quickly as possible.

The Draw participants recognise the ownership of the Foundation name and distinctive signs (including but not limited to brands, trade names, domain names), and will abstain from using them without prior authorisation from the Foundation in writing.

 

EIGHT. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Draw will be governed by these rules and current Catalan and Spanish law, as applicable.

For any dispute, discrepancy, matter or claim regarding any act related to the content of these rules or their execution or interpretation, the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona will apply.

 

NINE. DATA PROTECTION

The Foundation is the data processor for any data provided by participants in the Draw, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, and the corresponding regulations in force that develop it in terms of data protection.

Why will we process your data?

Handling participation in the Draw, publication of the winners and alternates on the Sagrada Família social media and website. It will also be processed to award the prizes and send out satisfaction questionnaires to participants, winners and alternates.

How long will we keep your data?

Any data provided will be deleted once the Draw and management of the Foundation’s obligations regarding the Draw are complete. In any case, the data will be kept for as long as necessary to comply with the Foundation’s legal obligations.

What is the legal grounds for processing your data?

The legal grounds for processing your data is your express consent.

The legal basis for sending information on other activities we organise is also consent. Withdrawing this consent will under no circumstances affect your participation in the Draw.

Who will your data be disclosed to?

Your data will be disclosed to the providers hired to carry out the Draw, who will act as data processors: SARAMBA STUDIO S.L. (manager of the official EASYPROMOS platform, hired by the Foundation to carry out the draw to give out tickets).

No data is expected to be disclosed to other third parties, except when required by law.

What rights do I have when I give you my data?

Anyone has the right to know whether the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA FOUNDATION is processing personal data that pertains to them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request the erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In some circumstances, data subjects may also limit the processing of their details, in which case we will only retain the information required to exercise or defend claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their specific situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA FOUNDATION will stop processing the data, except when there are legitimate overriding circumstances, or to exercise or defend against any possible claims.

Given the right to portability, data subjects also have the right to obtain personal data pertaining to them in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.

When the legal basis of the processing is consent, as in this case, the data subject has the right to revoke consent at any time. However, revoking consent is not retroactive. Therefore, it doesn’t affect any consent-based processing carried out prior to it being revoked.

What options are there for lodging a claim?

If you believe your rights have not been duly attended, you have the right to lodge a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
