On 24 May, from 9:00 pm to 12 midnight, the Nativity façade of the Sagrada Família was lit up in orange for National Epilepsy Day, an initiative of the Asociación Nacional de Personas con Epilepsia – ANPE.

Sagrada Família is lit up three times a year to support various charity initiatives. This year, the façade will also be illuminated on 10 October for World Sight Day and 14 November for World Diabetes Day.

In addition to these illuminations, like every year, the Sagrada Família also took part in Earth Hour on 23 March by switching off the Nativity façade completely.
