FAQs Open Doors Days

You can visit the inside of the Basilica, the façades, the museum and the Schools. This year, as a new feature, we will also display a life-sized half of one of the cross' arms.

The towers are not included, nor is a guided tour.
The tickets include a downloadable audioguide.

The audioguide is only available through the official Sagrada Família app and you can only activate it if you have tickets for the 2024 Open Doors Days. 

To get it, click on the link in your tickets. After you’ve downloaded it, the audioguide will be activated automatically.

The app also has practical information on your visit and you can use it to download your tickets.

It is important that you download the app before your visit and make sure your battery is charged and you have earphones.

If you already have the app, your tickets will be linked automatically.
If you have any trouble linking your tickets, go to the section called “Already got tickets?” and enter the date of your visit, booking code and the email address you used for the draw.

Anyone three years old and up must have their own ticket to enter the grounds.

The tickets to visit the Basilica during the Open Doors Days are free. There are no tickets for sale.

The Open Doors tickets are not personalised so if you can’t come, we encourage you to give them to a friend or relative. Remember, selling these tickets is prohibited.

The date and time on the Open Doors Days tickets can’t be changed.

The entrance is on Carrer de la Marina.

Keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll get an email with important practical information 24 hours before your visit.
