5.2. As an exception to the general rule above, Users may only request to change or return Tickets that have not been used at their behest and in accordance with the provisions of the following conditions when the User is not able to visit the Temple and/or Gaudí House Museum (or not able to do so in the conditions and with additional services acquired with the Ticket) due to some sort of incident: (i) regarding access to the grounds; (ii) that impedes the User or any other User in the same condition from accessing the grounds (for example, if there is an event at the Temple that was not foreseen sufficiently in advance and the Temple must be closed to visitors); and (iii) that is not attributable to the User or third parties not associated with the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA (for example, weather incidents). If Users cannot make use of the additional services purchased for reasons attributable to the JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA, they shall be reimbursed for these services, however Users may not claim reimbursement for services used or for entrance to the Temple and/or Gaudí House Museum.

5.4. If the circumstances in Condition 5.2 above were to occur, Users may request the Ticket be exchanged, noting the day and time for the new Tickets, which shall have the same characteristics, mode and services and the original ones. The change must be made within fifteen (15) days of the originally scheduled visit to the Temple and/or Gaudí House Museum, as indicated on the original Ticket. To process a request for changing Tickets, Users must send an email to customer@ext.sagradafamilia.org. Nevertheless, the request shall be subject to Ticket availability and the authorisation of each specific case for the new date and time chosen by the User. Users will not be charged for the change. Users may also request changes at the ticket offices at the Temple and/or Gaudí House Museum, as long as capacity allows the visitor to enter the Temple on that same day. The JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA shall only allow changes to Tickets purchased on the Website that have not expired.
5.5 If the circumstances in Condition 5.2 above were to occur, Users may also choose to return and be refunded for their Tickets. The refund process for Tickets is as follows:
